Finesco Hospitality Oy launched an internationalization project for The Terwa premium nature hotel, which aims to develop the property's international business capabilities and build a strong position in the Central European tourism market. During the project, an international service and brand strategy will be created, an artificial intelligence-based digital strategy and event concept will be developed, and a tour operator network will be built. In addition, product development workshops, market surveys and participation in international fairs will be carried out.
The total budget of the project is €79,394, of which €39,696 was allocated from EU and state funding. The project will be implemented from December 2024 to February 2027 and will strengthen The Terwa's strategy to grow into an internationally renowned premium nature tourism destination.
The goal is that the project will result in an internationally competitive service and brand concept that attracts new customer groups, increases tourism revenue in the region and creates added value for the local business network.
