For the first time, the Journey to Growth event, to be held on January 14, 2026, brings together rural tourism entrepreneurs, developers, and experts from all over Finland to build the future of the industry!
The core of the event is growth, sales and success – practical tips, new ideas and cooperation that will advance rural tourism. The program includes inspiring talks, concrete examples and opportunities to network with other industry players. The goal is to create an annual nationwide meeting place where industry professionals gather to develop, learn and discover new business opportunities.
On the road to growth Kick Off 2026is the start that ignites ideas, strengthens networks and boosts the power of rural tourism across Finland.

Arrival at The Terwa
The Terwa is located on the shores of Lake Kaart, in the municipality of Loppi, which is easily accessible from all over Finland. The journey from Helsinki or Helsinki-Vantaa airport takes only about an hour, and the drive from Tampere and Turku is also under an hour and a half.
The Terwa yard has a helicopter pad, which can be reached by helicopter from the capital region in half an hour. Helsinki Citycopter offers VIP transportation as agreed.
