The Terwa – Nordic Hideaway is a nature and conference resort built on the lands of a 17th‑century manor, where history, natural tranquility and luxurious services form a considered whole.
We offer a unique combination of historical manor atmosphere, modern comfort, and nature-friendly luxury. Our accommodation options provide high-quality settings for relaxation, celebrations, and work.
The whole area at your disposal
We offer you a maximum of 30 people (arrangable for a maximum of 50 people) the entire The Terwa peninsula for private use for one night as a 1.5-day package at a time suitable for you. At that time, there will be no others present, and if desired, you can divide the group into two saunas or hold a gettogether in our personalized meeting rooms. The price of €5,950 (incl. VAT) includes Christmas decorations, welcome drinks, saunas, karaoke equipment (DJ at an additional cost), concierge services. Food, drinks, and accommodation are available at an additional cost according to the details below. Beverage policy according to agreement.

For us, food is more than just a meal - it's part of an experiential whole where pure nature, local ingredients, and top-quality service come together.
Transportation and Reception
VIP transportation from the Helsinki/Tampere area by minibus or charter bus (e.g., 16-seat €480 one way). Helicopter transportation as an additional service.

Guest reception in the manor's courtyard, light tunnel (lanterns, fir garlands, candles).
Welcome drink: The Terwa glögi (lingonberry, cinnamon, juniper berry) and savory snacks (reindeer bread, warm mushroom pie).

Perfume Workshop – Create your own scent
Enter the magical world of scents and create your own perfume, which is as unique as you are. In the perfume workshop, you will learn to mix natural essential oils, discover your own scent profile, and take home a bottle of your personally crafted perfume. You can even add a dash of Tar to it. Price à 82 €, min 5 people

Booking and Cancellation Terms
Confirmation and Orders
The event's catering is requested to be confirmed no later than two weeks before the event. The final number of participants must be confirmed three (3) business days before the event, which is also the billing basis for the event. We hope for a uniform menu order from the groups. Cancellation Terms
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed event, we apply the following cancellation terms:
14–7 days before the event 50 % of the event value (order/offer)
6–0 days before the event 100 % of the event value (order/offer)
Payment
We accept all bank cards accepted in Finland and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, and American Express.
Possible invoicing is agreed in advance. Our invoice payment term is 14 days/net and invoice fee is €12.60.
We reserve the right to make changes to the menu and prices.
Arrival at The Terwa
The Terwa is located on the shores of Lake Kaart in the municipality of Loppi, which is easily accessible from all over Finland. The journey from Helsinki or Helsinki-Vantaa airport takes only about an hour, and the driving distance from Tampere and Turku is also less than an hour and a half. The Terwa yard has a helicopter pad, which can be reached by helicopter from the capital region in half an hour. Helsinki Citycopter offers VIP transportation as agreed.
Upon arrival, you have clear guidance and parking areas that serve both guests and event attendees.
